PROJECT TIMELINE

Property Acquired from DLBA, Clearout Begins

We started this project by fully gutting everything down to the studs. We removed all the old plaster, trim, insulation and more. We even found baby squirrels in the walls of this house, and took them to a rescue!

January 2022

FRAMING AND NEW MECHANICALS

We installed all new mechanicals including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC in addition to reframing most walls and completely reframing and re-configured the second story.

December 2022

Spray Foam

We utilize closed-cell spray foam insulation in all of our houses, including this project.

February 2023

Hardwood Flooring

We installed brand-new red oak flooring throughout the majority of the house. On this project, we installed, sanded, stained, and finished all of the flooring ourselves with our core team!

February 2023
