PUBLIC SPACES
CREATING GREEN SPACES, REVITALIZING THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
Since 2017, NW Goldberg Cares has been reactivating vacant lots and underused land to create beautiful, functional, and inclusive public spaces across the neighborhood. From peaceful reading gardens and vibrant art parks to basketball courts and performance venues, each space is designed to foster connection, creativity, and community pride.
we're working on a bold new Strategy:
BUILD 20 activated public green spaces by the end of 2030.
This goal—known as the 20 by ’30 Initiative —guides our mission to build a healthier, more connected NW Goldberg for generations to come.
